CCS participates in a USDA Summer Feeding Program that offers free meals for children up to age 18. All children eat free, regardless of income, and no application is required.

This summer’s menu entrees will include: Chicken Fillet, Pizza, Hot Dog, Hamburger, and a Deli Sandwich. In addition, the meals will include a vegetable, fruit, milk, and occasionally a dessert.

The Cumberland County Board of Education recently approved the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 schools calendars for those who attend Traditional schools, Year-Round schools, Early College high schools, and Cumberland Polytechnic High School. The calendars have been posted on the district website.
