Vaccine requirements for upcoming 7th Grade Students in Cumberland County.  Students will be given 30 days from the first day of enrollment to meet this requirement.  Students born on or after 1-1-2003 and entering 7th grade are required to show proof that they have received a dose of Tdap vaccine and a dose of Meningococcal Conjugate vaccine.

The NC General Statues requires a health assessment for every child who enters a North Carolina school for the first time.  The NC Health Assessment form may be obtained at your child’s primary care provider, CC Dept. of Public Health or at WOMS.  Parents/Guardians have 30 calendar days from the date of enrollment to provide the documentation to the school.

If you do not have health insurance or if your insurance does not cover immunizations you may call to see if your child is eligible to receive free immunizations at the Cumberland County Department of Public Health located at 1235 Ramsey Street (910.433.3633).
