FREE ESL/CIVICS CLASSES FOR ADULTS

CCS’ English as a Second Language (ESL) Department and Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) will offer free ESL/Civics classes for adults every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. beginning October 1, 2019. BASKETBALL, FOOTBALL,AND PICTURES OF OTHER SPORTSATTENTION STUDENT ATHLETES:  All students interested in playing sports at Westover middle school must register with Arbiter Athlete.  Below is the standard link where students and parents can create their profile and then select the school to which they will be attending.

Book Fair Dec. 9th-20th in the Media Center.  The library open will be opened from 7am to 3pm daily however the library will be opened late om Drc. 10th during the basketball game.  All major creidit caeds are accepted.

Dec. 20th 2 hr. Early Release for Students..

The purpose of the Battle of the Books program is to encourage reading by all students at the middle school level.Students, regardless of ability, are exposed to quality literature representing a variety of literary styles and viewpoints by prominent authors in the area of young adult literature.  Contact our sponsor for a complete  list of books.
